The electrostatically flocked lavender consists of 18 flexible strips and 18 tufts.
The strips and tufts are simply glued on.
Lavender was originally home to the coastal regions of the Mediterranean. There it is widespread on dry, warm slopes to Dalmatia and Greece as well as in Tuscany in Italy. The true lavender grows on dry and rocky slopes and occasionally reaches the tree line. (Source: Wikipedia)
