This vehicle was built by Tulloch on behalf of CSR who used this wagon to carry pulverized limestone from Berrima to their Rhodes processing plant. The limestone was used in the production of vinyl flooring and other chemical products. The design was later used for the PCX cement hopper for the NSW railways.
Builders: Tulloch Ltd of Rhodes built the tanker in 1972 .

Coding: - Originally coded PCC.- Recoded NPSF in 1979.
Colour Scheme:
- Wagon was originally unpainted aluminum with black lettering.
- FreightCorp painted the wagon into their livery of a white body, blue underframe, black bogies, FC logo and a standard white codeboard.

CSR used the wagon to convey pulverized limestone from Berrima to Rhodes. The wagon was used in conjunction with CSR’s leased PTW 4-wheel tankers in this role as well.
